Interviewing Terry over the phone. (MY MOM WHO LIVES IN CHINA)

I asked these 4 questions, she responded.

1. How do you feel about vaccinations?

Well, as a mother I always believed in vaccinations, I heard rumors about them but doctors over here in China all recommend you receive them throughout your lifetime.

2. Did your kids receive vaccinations growing up?

Yes, all of my kids have received vaccines since the day they were born.

3. Did you receive vaccinations as a child?

No back then wasn’t like it is now, the technology you all grew up around is totally different. My parents didn’t have enough knowledge of how effective they were, they were also a bit iffy on what these vaccines had in them. They were worried about what was being put into their children's’ bodies. Also, technology isn’t as advance as it is now. That was also a factor in which why they were not knowledgeable over vaccines. Therefore, I grew up without getting vaccinations as a child.

4. Did the vaccines have any side effects on your children?

Yes, such as headaches, fever, and swelling due to the vaccines but still to this day if I could go back in time, I would have still done the same. You all will still have gotten vaccinated! I did all my research when you guys were kids and I understand how advanced everything is now, so I am totally for vaccines. I think my decision on this has to do with myself experiencing what it's like to not get vaccinated as a child. I would want the best for my children, although some vaccines are made up of quite somethings I don't want to be going into your body, I would still be giving yall the rest. Now and days some vaccines are required to be accepted into schools so there is as much of a choice like my parents had back in the day.
