I am designing and creating a cell phone application that could provide multiple training courses online to the interns. The online course includes lecture videos, e-texts, assignments and tests. It develops interns’ working skills, enhances learning efficiency and saves time and cost for both company and trainers. The online course is lasts 4 weeks. After the course ends the company could screen out the interns according to their test grade.
