· The Human Resource management intern will directly help Human Resource manager to do some interviews, compliance, employee benefits and administrative support. My tasks in the internship is develop Human Resource knowledge, meet some amazing people, develop my own interpersonal circle and cultivate interpersonal skills.

6. How will you gain knowledge in the foundation of your major? (Provide 3 examples)

· My major is management, so I can learn leadership from Human Resource manager and I can practice my decision management knowledge during the intern. Also, manager should maintain good relations with people which I learned from MGT 370 class, that is a challenge for me. Thats the reason I think the intern is good for my skills develop.

7. How will you gain knowledge in the foundation of business? (Provide 3 examples)

· As a Human Resource manager assistant. I will learn more about marketing, accounting, management and maybe business law through help Human Resource manager proofread HR documents including audits, marketing information, and handbooks. Coordinate candidate interviews, physicals, and testing.

8. How will you improve your interpersonal/intrapersonal skills? (Provide 3 examples)

· The most interesting part of the intern is coordinate candidate interviews, physicals, and testing. Also, that is my first time working in American, so I can learn different culture or working method through my colleague. The best way to communicate and gain my knowledge is have a lunch with other department. As a Human Resource manager assistant I should know everyone in the company and try harder to know how the company make money. Talk to client is also a way to improve my interpersonal skills.

9. How will the internship help enhance your professionalism? (Provide 3 examples)

· I learned a lot about management through university, but never practice. The intern will help me learn out of the book. It's nothing about book concept, but I learn from the job. I will try harder to learn from my superior and get better to know about what Human Resource manager do daily exactly. I can practice what I learned from the school through the intern. Try to dodge mistakes, but make mistakes is good through the intern, so I can dodge from the real job.

10. How will the internship help you understand and commit to your career interest? (Provide 3 examples)

· I'm interesting in my major, but I never have a job as a manager. Through the intern I will know how I exactly feel about my major. Human Resource manager is my dream job, as his assistant I will know better about myself. Also, through the intern I will extend my friend list and get more chances to learn another job. After my internship, I will know how exactly Human Resource manager do daily job is a best way to commit the job.

The company location is at 9250 Reseda Blvd.#9, Northridge, CA91324. The company is a part of lulutrip company. Lulu trip is a multinational company and the company’s main business is tourism. The company provides travel information, travel packages, international travel with local guides, etc. I will work as a human resource manager intern in Massco Worldwide Travel (masstravel).

The Human Resource manager intern will directly help Human Resource manager to do some interviews, compliance, employee benefits and administrative support. My tasks in the internship is develop Human Resource knowledge, meet some amazing people, develop my own interpersonal circle and cultivate interpersonal skills.

My main responsibilities are

· Help Human Resource manager screening resumes and application forms.

· Recruit for entry level positions.

· Assist with college recruiting plans and materials.
