Autonomous organizations require strong production or structure and the immense support of the buyer toward large corporations. Since the business has

been started, there is always a question with the extensive business versus autonomous one(Franceschelli et al., 2018). For Glow-Foods and General Food Group (IFG), Josh Novak has a good idol or structure. They built his IT strategy at Sparkle Foods to help them achieve quantification and set it up in their IT office. Josh was not

allowed yet undecided because he knew that IFG wasn't like his small Glow Foods company. Josh planned to be unhappy about the dissimilarity in his IFG partnership. Tonya directed him that there were issues he would have to hit as he ended up becoming part of the IFG's IT office and had his meeting. He was recommended

for events by Principle Advancement Officer Rick Visser, who needs pre help from his social relations for internet connectivity organizational areas such as IT(IT Strategy, n.d.). In their next money related year, the IT finance officer, Sheema Singh, issued a request to their gathering about spending. When Ben Nokony

fought up with the gathering that they predicted that it might encounter him other than talking, especially to the thing gatherings ended up with the more troubles. There is genuine stress on most of the IT Offices, it was important troublesome for Josh's young gathering to see it their way. The gathering should expect that should use informal longer communication range, such as Facebook Messenger, to exchange ideas. Rick always walks with his workers to use these areas. Whatever, josh gathering has not familiar with this idea and suspected that it was grazing. They used their ability to use these districts. The reason for Ben Nokony did not care less because Josh's gathering went direct to the thing gatherings. When Ben thought about to clear such a needs of the IT office, he was bypassed. At first, the gathering was expected for two or three of them. However, Ben thought it was a formal meeting, and he thought he could access a bit of it. The gathering was incensed in light of the way that Ben was so intense. Josh's gathering also faces the truth that by thinking about the cost's points of interest in their initiative work for Sheema. Till the point that the moment that they knew exactly what they were set up to do, they weren't thought about the financial cost. It would be exasperating for his assembly or gathering to plot their financial arrangement, yet they weren't thought about a reckon measure of their costs and points of interest for Sheema. They could sit down with her and clear up the feasible worth of their suggested ideas, so she would not bother them amid their strategy. Question no 2 At whatever point Josh and

his convention were eventually organized for his presentation, it was segmented by the IT office. They misused every pit in his three-point outline. Sheema

was stressed over the business appraisal of the effort. Ben needed a distinctive commitment to the points of interest. John was troubled over terrible reviews by

customers. Rick had security pressure over the cloud. To win their help for his meetings' three-point outline, Josh required to guide move his idea with a

particular conclusion to be successful. Josh needs to make a little performance of the instinctive site and cloud. He can also refresh the individuals from the IT

office at divergent stages of his venture. His team can design possible security threats, evaluated financial cost. Also, the advantages of the task once finished, he

can specify it to the IT office and John, and he can even try it on a tiny control gathering of IFG buyers. Along these lines, he can wrap his overview of different groups while also trying out his work.
