Effective Communication

Interpersonal communication sometimes means you have to share a difficult message with others. The Unit 2 intellipath® lessons discuss interpersonal communication and group communication.

· In your main post, describe a time when you had to deliver a difficult message that you knew would upset or disappoint your audience. Discuss how you prepared and delivered your message.

· When replying to at least 2 peers, consider finding common experiences and suggesting what could have been done differently in the situations described.
