Create a 10- to 12-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation discussing your findings and suggestions for further development.

Include examples of how a typical client might progress through the system. Discuss your ideas for improving the system.

Consider the base population and discuss the primary care factors for this group. Address how the base population may benefit from an alternate approach.
