Hi,

This report is about digital online marketing. The purpose of this report is to devolve online marketing strategy about Optimum Talent Inc. You will find information about the company, that we suppose to improve their business by devolving online marketing strategy, in the attached file. The sections (6. Tactics, 7. Action (implementation), and Evaluation and control) that you are supposed to write about start from page 22 which are also highlighted in yellow.

Client's Situation:

 

Optimum Talent is the largest privately-owned integrated talent management (human resources consulting) firm in Canada.  Headquartered in Montreal, with 15 offices across the country, Optimum Talent acquired an executive/professional search firm in Edmonton, called Conroy Ross Partners, and also purchased the Vancouver office of Toombs Inc., a former partner company, and now competitor.  The problem is that they have a bit of an identity crisis with the many changes in the company due to acquisitions, and with a very non-user friendly website, there is no clear messaging, particularly in the Vancouver market, where Optimum Talent has no real reputation.  They have advised that they will be launching a new website soon, but there is no particular strategy to the launch, no supporting marketing, and the Vancouver office, in particular, is interested in expanding their online presence in a very competitive local market.  They have hired an outside consultant to assist but they are very interested in using our ideas to contribute to their local digital marketing strategy.  The team we will be presenting to is Terri Phipps, SVP & Market Leader; Angelique Meyer, VP, Leadership, Assessment & Development; and Faris Khalifeh, External Business Coach.
