Ethical

For this project my research surveys will be the main tool for the data collection. Here the surveys will entails some sets of questions that the selected participants will be prompted to fill and provide the necessary information. The data collected through this tool will then be clean in order to have the fine-tuned data necessary for this research. . The use of this tool will be limited to the areas where the data needed cannot be established in the form of numerical and in the statistical form, and therefore this instrument will serve to bridge the gap that may exist between other instruments of data analysis and collection (Ackermann, 2014).

The data collection tool for this research will mainly be questionnaire. The working of this tool will be through filling of responses by the respondents on some sets of questions which are filled anonymously. To obtain data through this tool, I will most focus to evaluate some situations or issues that may not be well addressed by other data collection tools that I will also use. For instance through questionnaires, the nurses are less likely to give information that may indicate that indeed they have conflict of interest or they lack adequate training and skills to address the issues facing them through this tool, I will seek obtain this data. To ensure that the data collected is well audited, this research will use computerized aided audit tools which is basically Easy2Analyse audit tool that will be useful in presenting the data in an easy to understand manner and also help in data clean up.
