Thank you for your submission. This email is to help you as you hone in on the Toolkit. Please consider the following as you do your revision.

· Include statistics about homelessness. I KNOW that what you have put in is accurate, but when you are convincing others, stats and references go a long way to support your argument.

· In your stakeholder slide, you will need to spell out the ways that the government can or cannot reach these objectives.

· The goal as you have stated it is that the government should support everything on slide 8. OK - but, you will need to create a document that will show that you understand their needs (see above).

· Therefore, you have two ways that you can approach the persona. 1) Do it from the perspective of a homeless person who could be helped. Maybe you spell out actionable ways that the goal can be reached. 2) take the approach of making a persona for an agency (non-profit, etc.). 2 is more difficult that option 1.
