Part 5: Strategies to accomplish the selected solution

For this assignment, you will develop two strategies to accomplish your proposed solution. You will need to support your strategies with related literature. Some examples of strategies could be lower prices, raise advertising, increase and diversify services, increase online advertising, digitize content, target new markets, and research and development. You will write a three full page narrative utilizing a minimum of 10 scholarly current sources/references. These two strategies are going to be part of the Quantitative Strategic Plan Matrix (QSPM) you will develop in Part 6 to determine the final strategy based on the Total Attractiveness Score.
