Instructions on Analysis:

When designing an educational activity, one of the first steps is to identify the need for the training and this includes a conducting a gap analysis which identifies why this is a problem and what the current knowledge/skills/attitudes (KSAs) compared to what the desired ones are. Then measurable objectives can be formed. Using the templates provided, identify a potential learning need for your students, conduct a gap analysis and use the education design table to plan your activity. Include in the table at least 3 outcomes one for each of the 3 learning domains: Cognitive, Psychomotor, and Affective. These need to be written in measurable terms. Using outline form, identify the content to be covered, the time for each section, who is the instructor and teaching methods and strategies to engage the learner. In the table list in APA format at least three evidence-based sources for the content (within the last 5-7 years of publication).
