Read this article about the innovation and start-up of Kiva which is now a subsidiary of Amazon. In your analysis report, you are going to assume that you are the owner of Kiva and have launched your business. You are in the growth stage of your business life cycle and have engineers, managers, and assembly line workers. Using the leadership styles we have discussed in this course, you are going to develop a plan for the leadership aspect of managing Kiva. Choose two strategies that would work for your employees. This course examines leadership behaviors, tactics, styles, theories, and strategies. Devise a leadership strategy for managing a diverse organizational work group. Integrate the concepts and theories presented in this course into your strategy. Support arguments from textbook, scholarly literature, and other course readings. Include at least 12 sources from academic peer-reviewed scholarly journals. Demonstrate effective written communication with APA style formatting in an analysis of 12 to 15 pages in length, not including the title page, abstract and reference list.
