Instructions for writing an annotated bibliography

You must have at least one paragraph for each source. Make sure you cite your entire source first. Then You must include:

1. What is the source about?

2. How and where you plan to use the information in the research paper?

3. How do you know if the source is credible? Who is the author, publisher, or what database is it from?
