The grading criteria are as follows as per the rubric.

Same as Week 2 assignment I do not want to read your paper multiple times to pull out the gradable material. I am not into "Fluff" in a paper. I am not grading on the length of paper just content. If you can answer the questions in 2 pages (if that is possible), then you can still get full credit. As long as the answers are full and are not good beginnings of an answer.  Please also follow APA rules. 

Just make the HEADERS of the paper sections numbered below (taken from the grading rubric) and answer each question in order. One answer per header. 

Section 1

1ai. Describe and define the scope of the project. Weight: 10%

1aii. Speculate as to how to control the scope. Weight: 15%

1aiii. Identify possible risks, constraints, and assumptions. Weight: 10%

1aiv. Describe the relationship and integration between systems and infrastructure. Weight: 10%

1av. Speculate upon potential outsourcing or offshoring needs. Weight: 15%

1avi. Identify and justify the necessary resources including staffing that are necessary. Weight: 10%

1avii. Define relevant terms that will be used throughout project. Weight: 10%

1b. 2 references Weight: 5%

Section 2.

****This is a continuation of Week 2 assignment. Start with Week 2 assignment and make the changes needed and the naritive to go with it as asked for in the directions. 

2. Update the project plan from Project Deliverable 1: Project Plan Inception, with three to five (3-5) new project tasks each consisting of five to ten (5-10) sub-tasks. Weight: 5%

3. Clarity, writing mechanics, and formatting requirements Weight: 10%
