Read Eaarth by Bill McKibben and then write a reader response paper of about 500 words [use MLA format] that incorporates a discussion of two or more of the following topics:

· The evidence McKibben cites to support his claim that we now live on a fundamentally altered planet, that “global warming is no longer a philosophical threat, no longer a threat at all. It’s our reality. We've changed the planet, changed it in large and fundamental ways”

· The financial implications of climate change

· The idea that now our federal government ought to turn its attention to maintenance rather than growth
