Write a professional letter to an injured worker explaining:-- Who you are and why you are contacting the person? -- What is the role and function of a case manager? (Chapter 1)-- Then, invite the person to an initial meeting with you at which time you will take the opportunity to explain your services in further detail (Chapter 3) and offer to open a case.--You will also need to explain that during the meeting you will be going over their rights and responsibilities, and any necessary consent forms. You will need to go over what all these concepts mean. (Chapters 11-12)
