Assignment 4

1) I need to come up with a title of this dissertation which is section 1.8

2) This is a qualitative research paper where the focus has to follow a case study format.  My case study is specifically going to be conducted at the Prince George's County Election Board (NOT AMERICA). If necessary, I will travel to the Montgomery County Election board if a comparison is relevant to my paper. I will go in person  there, once we get to milestone 6 or 7 and submit a question and conduct interviews.

3) One of the comments from my mentor (Dr E) states that I must clearly state in section 2.1 what it it is I will be doing and How I will go about doing it and it's importance.  

4) You will need to have a clear understanding of what I public administrator does when conduction a case study of an election  board. I would suggest look up the definitions of each of these terms and it focus on what action research is and what qualitative research is.

5) Did you review Dr. Minks comments.  My next submission has to clearly incorporate what she suggested.  Please advise or highlight how you incorporated what she suggested into the paper. 

I cannot use what you have given me at all.  It does not meet any of the criteria above.  Did you read or at least review all of the attachments that I sent to you? One of the papers I included was about conducting action research.  If I recall, dr. Mink's comments refer to some articles to review that should be included in my next submission. Yes I have additional assignments  but we have to get past this one first.  I would like to submit this paper that includes sections 1.8-section 2.6 as soon as possible so please take two or three days to review everything, conduct some research and submit a draft.  And if you can provide a turnitin report, that would be appreciated.

Please let me know if you can take the time needed to review everything that was submitted to you in great detail in order to meet the criteria needed to get this milestone approved.
