You are an HR consultant with over 15 years as a practicing HR professional and business consultant. You are making your report and recommendation to the leadership at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. The Case, Somebody Stop the Radio Star, describe the organizational issues under consideration.
As a professional, you should use "HR language"- HR concepts and terminology.
The attached file contains a detailed explanation of what I require for the assignment. Pay attention to the format of your document. Use the headings and subheadings I use, in addition to any other headers you wish to use. Submitting a document without headings and subheadings is not to your advantage in having me consider specific answers.
The grade you earn will reflect the details you provide. Be specific with how and what you will do as a course of action. When giving your summary and analysis, use the details of the case and provide an explanation for your assertions. Also, make sure you are demonstrating that you have taken an HRM course - use the terminology, use the processes, use the strategies, etc. Always reference and cite appropriately - APA Style.
