READ CAREFULLY!!!

Part I. Read the except from  The Burden of Disease   Download The Burden of Diseaseby J. N. Hays. and identify four arguments he makes about the Black Death in the Christian and Muslim communities of western Afro-Eurasia.

For each argument copy Hay’s words (no one more than a paragraph) and then summarize them in your own words (no one than two sentences). You might look for arguments about either how peoples understood the pandemic or its effects, either short or long-term.

Remember only to use the file that is provided to search for four arguments.

As you see, this is part I, I will have you do Part II and Part III if you do this part very good.
