Multi-Modal Presentation
The Multi-Modal Presentation must cover the information in the final Research Paper and a Reflection on the research. Students may choose any format for their Multi-Modal Presentation as long as the presentation contains more than one modality.
Examples of formats include, but are not limited to:
· A presentation accompanied by Prezi
· A PowerPoint presentation which contains multiple modalities
· An internet-based scrapbook of their research and final paper
· A research poster and elevator pitch
Any questions regarding format should be addressed with the instructor ahead of time. Other formats may be appropriate.
The Presentation must cover the following:
· An overview of your research for your Final Paper
· Your thesis
· A Reflection on the process of writing your Final Paper from Research to End Product and how that process shaped your Final Paper and possibly changed you as a writer.
Presentations should be no more than 5 minutes and must consider Copyright for images or sound and include proper citations. Students may use videos, sound, images, etc. in their presentations. If you use a link to an outside Video, that video should not exceed a total of 1 minute so as to allow the student time to present on the material. Students may also utilize performance methods if appropriate.
