Theology Project

This project requires engaging in a dialogue between faith and reason through the exploration of an integrative topic not explored in depth in class. .  After choosing your topic, you must:

 

· Find and read at least three academic resources. These could include the sources provided to you by Mr. Shaver here or here but they do not need to.

· Create a report on your topic including these sections:

· Introduction (one sizeable paragraph), including a thesis statement – bold the thesis statement to make it obvious

· Assessment (2-3 pages): unpack the thesis statement by explaining what you have learned about the topic through your research and the roles of both faith and reason in providing a fuller understanding of the topic, citing your sources parenthetically (both those provided by Mr. Shaver and additional resources you found)

· Individual Analyses (2 page minimum by each student): explaining your individual thoughts on the topic in light of the research (label which student is writing each analysis)

· Conclusion (one concise paragraph), tying together what has been learned
