Record a narrated ppt – 12-15 slides (This is an individual assignment), due 12/11/2020 @ 11:59 PM

The PowerPoint should be uploaded to Blackboard and include:

a. Include visual depictions of data (graphics and maps) (at least 2) from the existing, publicly-available health and social data. Do not cut and paste existing visuals. Create your own original visual depictions with the raw data.

b. Use demographic, environmental, and health indicators (socio-demographic characteristics, social determinants of health statistics, environmental data, morbidity and mortality statistics) to tell the story that emerges and is informed from the data.

c. What kind of trends or changes over time emerged as important? (e.g., demographic shifts, changes in housing prices, school closures)

d. Describe what health inequities/injustices come to light in your assessment.

e. How does your assigned CA compare to the other 7 Chicago CAs assigned to your classmates? (Describe your assigned CA as it compares to others using ranking or tables comparison of rates)

f. Cite your data sources using a standard, consistent method such as APA, AMA, etc.
