In this assignment, you will practice selecting and designing appropriate visual communications for HR data and analysis.

You will use the results and conclusions from your individual project as the basis for this individual assignment. First, identify a hypothetical organizational stakeholder that would be interested in the conclusions drawn from your project. Then, keeping that stakeholder in mind, pick two findings from the project and prepare a visual presentation for that stakeholder. Your presentation must include some of the data itself, not just the conclusions, and result in an engaging visual that addresses concerns that stakeholder might have. In other words, your presentation should clearly communicate how the results of your group project are relevant to the stakeholder.

You can use whatever visual medium you feel is appropriate for both the results and the stakeholder (charts, graphs, infographic, video, video and audio, etc.), but you cannot submit a traditional PowerPoint presentation with simply words and some clip art. The objective is not for you to spend lots of time learning a new data visualization tool; it’s for you to  be creative! There are many ways for you to do that without learning a new software program.

Regardless of the type of presentation you submit, you should include a cover sheet (no more than 1 page) that contains the following information:

· Your name

· The human capital question/issue being addressed and its relevance to the organization

· A description of the data set and how the data was analyzed

· Why you believe the visual presentation you developed was the best method to communicate your findings to the stakeholder
