There is a concept of “jobs, pains, gains”, for this assignment you only need to do the “pains” part. There are two things to do :
1. Personaes’ pains: We have two personae of Technopolis, one is Kari Kokkonen, another is Ville Nieminen. You have to do research of these two personae, and then write what their pains are. (Just bullet points, no long sentences) What you may write in this part is in slide 1 I upload. Pains can include undesired outcomes, problems, obstacles, risks…
The example of pains for Lenovo’s customer personae can be : security breaches, unexpected cost of services, setting difficulties, low response time….
But Technopolis is a real estate company, so you need to do research and then write the pains of Kari Kokkonen and Ville Nieminen respectively. Remember just write bullet points like the example, three bullet points for each personae is enough.
2. Value map: see slide 2—pain relievers. It’s about how our company—Caverion can eliminate our customers’ pains. It’s about make your main personae feel better, fix underperforming solutions, wipe out negative social consequences…
The example of Lenovo pain relievers can be: extra maintenance costs, good integration of the chosen security solutions, settings made in 30 min, alarm on overload and errors driving to -50% less shutdowns,,,
See how this example related to the personae’s pains, your pain relievers should also related to your personae’s pains, and should have real statistics based on research.
For example your personae pains is unresolved customer requests, then your pain value can be 24x7 customer support.
