Ethical Dilemma for me=

I work with “Food For Life” program. Where we have to get customer personal details. Like name address and their concession cards number even their pictures. Few customer do not feel sharing those mostly taking their pics But for photo identification we have to take. So how to handle this situation ignore the dilemma that is what you have to write.
