Please write a 3 page paper on exploring the topic of diversity and leadership in organizations. Start with your definition of diversity and how it can impact an organization. Consider the positives and some of the challenges that organizations face. Utilize at least three examples of business leaders that embrace diversity to support your position. 

Format:

Each assignment is 3-pages in length (not including the cover page). Both written assignments must be word processed, with a 12pt font size, double-spaced, new paragraphs indented, page numbers included, be submitted on the scheduled due date and delivered as an MS Word file type (not as a .PDF) to the appropriate ‘Assignment Drop Box’ on the course homepage.

All written reports must be submitted with a cover sheet ; Failure to include a cover sheet will result in an automatic reduction in points. The cover sheet must include the following information: Student Name, Course Name, Course ID Number, Assignment Name, and Date
