Leading teams and managing relationships

Mintzberg further defines managerial roles into three categories and ten

roles and explains how these roles influence the behaviour of

organisational stakeholders. (Mintzberg, 1990).

There are many different roles a manager must perform. Interfacing

with stakeholders, team members, and company executives is a major

function of the project manager’s role.

You will assess the roles required for project managers.
