your introduction should be split into sections Objectives, Significance Report Organisation. The report is thick on background and introductory material, but is very light on actual results. You need to present the results of your Ansys simulations to date. Results section needs to provide details on the modelling you have conducted in Ansys. The description of the flowmeter that you wish to model should be in the "proposed approach" section. References are required for facts and figures that require justification, not for general knowledge items such as in your introduction, eg a reference for this statement is not required: “The presence of constriction in the pipe with fluid streaming results in the increase of velocity of fluid and kinetic energy at the particular point of constriction (Patrick & Obong, 2014)” Review your English and grammar,I am giving you the template of report, so please write according to template.
