Abstract
Background Statement
With the rapid development of science and technology, people's life quality and health level have been improved, but sleep has become the biggest problem for people now. According to the research, 50% of the people in the world have insomnia (xiao-lan, et al. (2017)). Insomnia is a condition that involves sleeping less than six hours and waking up three or more times during the night. People with insomnia often have poor sleep quality and health problems.
Increased working hours, depression and more are among the causes of insomnia. In the United States, young Americans are now required to work at least 60 hours in a studio, and they are getting less sleep (Beaulieu-Bonneau, s. et al. 2007). Despite the above reasons, the real cause of insomnia is cell phone use. According to researchers at the University of California, San Francisco, exposure to blue light from cell phones can sleep deprivation (Nelson, 2016)
The increase in stress and the emergence of mobile phones have had a high impact on sleep, and the lack of sleep has an impact on people's health. More and more people are beginning to suffer from insomnia. People's mental state after insomnia dramatically reduces people's work efficiency, which also has some impact on society. Mobile phones and high stress have gradually become a considerable threat to people's health; it is disrupting our nervous system and causing our health disorders.
The purpose of this report is to discuss the effects of high stress and cell phone on sleep. First, this paper will discuss the neural activity of the brain during normal sleep. Next, the paper will discuss the neural activity at high intensity and what kind of neurological disorder it will cause, and then the effect of the use of the phone on the nerves. At the end of the paper, the three cases will be summarized and compared to arrive at the final result.
