Paper Info
Each student is expected to create a hypothetical nonprofit organization that focuses on a problem unique to an identified/particular community. Such a nonprofit organization should have a unique name, mission, vision, operational area, goals, strategy, leadership and governance structure, ethical framework, fundraising measures, technology and media strategy, and intended impact on community/society. Also, you are expected to outline steps you will take to register (charter) the organization for operational purposes and in compliance with existing regulations. Endeavor to include an executive summary in the beginning that highlights details of the project and a concluding segment that provides additional insights. The paper should be at least 8 pages (double-space) and at most 15 pages. Discuss what non-profits you are modeling this new nonprofit after, what data shows an unmet need, what metrics you will use to determine success.
