Consulting Group Tasks:

Michael 1. Introduce the surveyors and ensure the employees are aware that these are confidential. Management will not receive them or read them.

2. Observe and record the behavior of each member and employee in the organization.

3. Manage the workflow of the consultants to ensure time constraints are meet to preserve the clients value creation activities.

a. Target time: 5 minutes to introduce and set expectations b. Target time: 15 – 20 minutes per employee survey & comment taking c. Target time: 5 minutes to debrief
