Attention Getting Material: Denise Goodman, a child welfare professional and consultant with the Annie E. Casey Foundation, says there needs to be an "all hands-on deck" mentality to support foster families, especially since not every family can be a foster family.
Audience Connection: Where am I going to live? This should be the concern of a child who has been separated from his family environment? Well, Tracey Feild, director of the Child Welfare Strategy Group at the Annie E. Casey Foundation, tells: We believe all kids who have to be removed from their families should be placed with other families,That’s the most important criterion for placement — or it should be."
