Till now I have learned about the security policies and the issues with the inside and outside attacks and which part an organization has to keep an eye out is their best asset and weakest asset too that is the employee of their own and  I realized when I was working for companies why they used to have a monthly assessments or training regarding the securities and training now as the cybercriminals are becoming more creative with their attacks and according to SMB almost 14 million small group companies have been attacked by time to time again why the security policies regarding the BYOD were strict and use of the personal device while connecting to the network was prohibited.

The data that an organization holds and stores their clients’ data is most valuable for them and they make sure that they won't leave any loopholes behind for the cybercriminals to take advantage of them and even while hiring a new employee they have a background check and make sure they train them while joining or welcoming them on board now all these formalities makes sense.

The policies issued by the organizations and the employees had to make sure they follow them and lastly the awareness among the employees regarding the attacks, and what happens if the breach already happens to do, they have the backup plan? The organizations should work on those too to make sure they have a backup of all the data they have.
