Budget: 25,000 GMP 35,000

Scope of work: Dog house that is fully functional and makes my dog feel loved. I do not want a simple dog house!

Proposal Needs to include:

1. Company Info:

a. Name of company

b. Years of experience (at least 5 years)

c. References (other dog houses that you have built) ( 3 different projects)

d. Resume

2. Plans and Specs

3. Estimate:

a. All materials (nails, brick/stucco/wood/shingles, etc., flooring, wall covering, landscaping, house wrap, foundation)

4. Schedule:

a. Precon (design, pre-bid meeting (January 15,2021), NTP (2/1/2021), due diligence, permitting)

b. Site (mobilization, soil survey, underground utilities, excavation, signage, storm water protection plan, traffic plan, etc.)

c. Foundation (framework, pouring of concrete, stub ups, etc.)

d. Exterior Shell: ( framing, drywall, insulation, housewrap, outside material, roof, any floors)

e. Interior: (bedding, interior insulation, walls, floor covering, wall coverings, any HVAC, MEP)

f. Fixtures: (doors, windows, sinks, toilets, lighting, door knobs, swing door, plugs,etc.)

g. Closeout: (punch list, final exterior landscaping, commissioning, Use in occupancy, cleanup site, close out meeting,etc.)

5. Warranty Info: on HVAC, warranty the house for X amount of years, etc.
