Racial and ethnicity drive in middle schools and high school are supported within the programming in consideration of effects that hinder diversification within a particular population in schools

INSTITUTIONAL ROLE

The role of the institution in schools looks takes programming in application of support to fami- lies experiencing difficulties as part of policy to allow support equitable racial distribution and accessibility to education

QUALITATIVE RESEARCH

 There is consideration of the bias in population which is defined by locality. Accessibility and geographical loca- tion.

 Sample size for qualitative research takes into account all areas of diversification including gender, age, locality, cul- ture, economic status, religious affiliation and not just the ethnics classifications

GOVERNAMENTAL SUPPORT

United States has an existing system that supports

education as a governmental programme in whole, therefore consideration of development process and plans in place to ensure diversification are in place within the mandatory regulations and principles in

the education system .

There is increasing diversification in schools but the programming and school policy should be sped up in order to catch up with the needs and challenges that come along with this development.

Diversity within education is dependent on the students who are enrolled within these institu- tion. It therefore relies on the level of study, public or private school and the environmental

aspects such as security and location.

To tackle diversity in schools, research in temrs of trsut build with the institutions and the population, engagement of the population in the dialogue, research on issues con- fronting the society involved that either negate the issue or support it and the structural support in the process has to be put in practice. This therefore concludes an in depth research that focuses on this. Several research have already been conducted to cover as- pect such at those named below.
