Assignment Objectives:

1. Create a project charter for the case study given to you in class.

Requirements:

A. This is an individual assignment

B. Use the template provided.

C. Ensure you provide thorough content for each section of the charter.

D. Do not just regurgitate the information in the case study. You will need to think about the project request and determine the scope deliverables and milestones beyond the obvious.

E. Download the following template files from FOL:

F. You must rename your file with your name + “-project charter” e.g. “bobsmith-project charter.doc” and then submit your document electronically using the Fanshawe Online dropbox. Do NOT zip or compress the files.

G. Zipped or compressed files will receive a zero grade.

Any plagiarism will receive an academic offense and the appropriate penalty.
