This picture is the Stage of Velocity Dance Center in Seattle downtown, Washington.

It was a small theatre; only three rows of seats have been opened. There were only 17 audiences at that night, May 20, 2018.

The show started from 7:30pm to 9pm, three dances total. The video is about the whole dance of the 3rd dance: Night Cloud (premier)

The staff released the dry ice before the dance began, fills the stage.
