GOAL 3: 65% of employees vaccinated by the end of flu season (September 1, 2022 - April 1, 2023). Employees that sign appendix B and provide confirmation of outside receipt of flu vaccination will be included in computation of reaching the goal. Employees that decline the influenza vaccine or for whom it is contraindicated on appendix B will not be included in the data computation for the purposes of meeting the goal.
