1. Chose a facility from the list:

Name and describe each product.

c. Include a picture of each of the products in your assignment along with either an internet link or a copy of the article or advertisement about the product.

d. Explain how the product is used.

e. Name the active ingredient in the product used to clean and/or disinfect surfaces and explain how the active ingredient works to clean/disinfect environmental surfaces.

f. Explain how the equipment, tool or product works to maintain surfaces.

g. Describe the features of each of these products that would be of benefit to your department and explain why it would be of benefit.

h. Describe any infection control and/or occupational health concerns that should be addressed with the use of this product.

2. Provide a list of at least three (3) questions that you should ask the Vendor’s Sales Representative about before purchasing the products to ensure that it meets your needs and is appropriate for use in your institution.
