Introduction

For this assignment I will talk about one of the oldest organizations to do an OD study on. The organization that I chose is the Deli, I chose it because it's right in front of where I live and it's really interesting to know some facts about it. The OD process will cover all of the phases that we discussed in the class as well as having a time line about the organization at the end of the study.

What is the deli

18th street avenue Deli is considered to be the center of all CWU's students needs. It has more than a grocery store, there is restaurant, and Laundry room. The Deli was established by Bob Hood and managed by Rachel M. back in 1997, so it was there since I was 5 years old and now I'm 25! The Deli has everything that either students or any other people may need. For example it didn't have ready to go Sandwiches, Mugs, and Accssories, but as the time goes, and the store gets bigger, there is more products to have in order to fit everyone's needs.
