Note: Some of the results obtained with observation and comments were not added to this list as being irrelevant. These results contain the following:
· The user didn’t understand why the list description was saying (some apples) and (all oranges). This is due to the fact that the user didn’t actually read the content of the message box provided by the wizard.
· The user could not fond the information about how to delete an element of the price compare list. Also this result is based on the fact that the user was confused with the naming of the wizard (help button) at the start. This problem has already been identified.
