Task:
You have had some experience working in groups in the Mikes Bike’s simulation in BUSMGT 711. You will now evaluate your experiences by writing a reflective essay in response to the question below:
Question:
Using your experiences within the Mike’s bikes simulation, outline how the experiences have helped you better understand effective teams and how they work. Use at least one group dynamic’s theory, for example, Tuckman (1965) and at least one reflective practice theory Gibbs (1988) to support your answer. You will be rewarded for using other relevant group dynamics discussion (for example: social loafing) to give more academic weight to you answer.
Format
· Use continuous prose (sentences and paragraphs)
· Use APA (7th Edition) referencing that includes both in-line referencing and a reference list at the end of your essay.
· Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt, Line Spacing: 1.5
Students are strongly encouraged to seek input from the Business Communication Team (BCT). You can submit a draft of your work to the BCT Canvas page, 48 hours prior to the submission date, in order to receive written feedback comments.
