Individual Reflection Paper (150 points): Your paper should generally follow APA style (for more info about APA style, look here: http://www.apastyle.org/ or contact the CBPA Writing Center for assistance) and be 10-20 pages in length. You will use this paper to analyze and report the process and rationale followed through your project. It will include the following:

• The Project Team: In addition to basic information about team composition and skill base, address the group’s mission, work process, and team dynamics, along with both internal (team) and external relationships and outcomes. Demonstrate an understanding of organizational behavior and theory. Cite specific theories, overview concepts and connect to the workings of your team.

• The Client and the Project: (This is analysis and reflection, NOT a “cut and paste” from your report!) Define and describe the client and the presenting challenge (the project as originally presented by the client). Consider how the project evolved in terms of the project life cycle. Analyze and reflect on the specific steps followed and disciplines utilized to address the challenge. Specifically identify how you utilized each business discipline (accounting, finance, information technology, management, marketing and supply chain) and the specific theories that back up the actions taken and recommendations provided by you and your team. Provide a short overview of the theory and then discuss application. Demonstrated understanding and application of specific theories and concepts related to a variety of business disciplines is a defining factor for this paper. Cite specific theories from each MBA discipline (this is NOT a discussion about concepts from our Admin 691 lectures and classwork), overview concepts, and connect those concepts to your work on your project: both actions taken, and observations made.

• Outcomes: Mastery of a field includes the ability to develop new insights and perspectives. Relate the insights gained through this project and your recommendations for future application. Reflect specifically on what you’ve learned and how you will apply that learning in the future.
