I chose this leader as I have worked under her before and I can vouch on her strong work ethic
She has taught me a lot and coached me through difficult situations in the workplace with both colleagues and students as teaching requires patience.
She is constantly pushing everyone to be the best version of herself.
She encourages uniqueness ad individuality. This has been shown by her efforts to encourages teachers to have special greetings with students or some teachers are encouraged to allow the students to affirm what makes them unique before a lesson.
