.  In this proposal, the emphasis should be on the assignment Documentation Requirements – What is the product, what are the components, and what are the criteria. As an example, what are the criteria for the various components? What does each component have to do? Considering the environment in which it will be used, what are the rigors to which it will be subjected? Once you have defined the criteria, then you can define specifications, and then select materials and processes. You’ve described materials and processes, but without an explanation of why those materials are appropriate. Executive Summary not provided. Table of Contents not formatted.  Engineering Report – Your introduction does not contribute to the project. You should either rewrite the bulk of your document to support the introduction (showing how you used DFM and DFA), rewrite the introduction, or eliminate it.  *Feather? What is this all about? I don’t understand, and if you are not manufacturing it, then your product does not meet the assignment requirements (for three manufactured parts).  Frame manufacturing – injection molding or shell mold casting? These are not the same thing. What is this “Molding” section all about? Product is heated and then molded, not the other way around.  “more reliable to use in thh x-ray exposure places”. – What?  Removing a product from the mold is not a Separation process. Finishing the frames: what is the process and what is the equipment.  The visual image that begins with “extrusion” and ends with “broaching” does not apply to your product. Remove it.  Lens manufacturing – Reference the appropriate image in your appendix to help describe the “spiral”. What you are calling “Conditioning”, is not.  Joining – You intend to use a bolt to connect cardboard pieces? Further, the third sentence is a repeat of the second.  The Finishing section is vague and unclear.  Engineering Drawings – Your drawings do not agree with your product description, as I see nosepad and hinges, which are not mentioned in your document. Further, I see no evidence of the “groove” in the frames.  If you must provide screen prints, then crop out the menu bars, etc.  Your Manufacturing Process Plans are inadequate. Refer to the assignment description.  Vendor specifications should address purchased components. I don’t know what you’ve provided. Note again that there are parts mentioned that are not mentioned in the document. The image is also not vendor specifications, but probably would be a good appendix, or graphical image to introduce your product.  Formatting/consistency; font style/size, bullets, indents, spacing/line spacing, capitalization
