1. Create a new blank project on Microsoft Project. Name the file as

“LastName_FirstName_IST614_6W1”. (e.g., Oguz_Abdullah_IST614_6W1.mpp)

2. Create “Project Summary Task”, and name it as “Process Improvement Project”.

3. Insert a column for WBS.

4. Type all the activities (Indent and outdent tasks)

5. Type all the days for each activity based on the table below.
