Comparing an India Buddha sculpture and a Chinese Buddha sculpture

Learning outcomes: To see and understand the differences in stylistic approaches between cultures. In this case, India and China as it relates to Buddhism and Buddhist imagery.

Instructions: Please see the images on the accompanying Powerpoint. List the similarities and differences you see in the two Buddha statues. Use Elements and Principles of Art vocabulary when appropriate. Basically, I want you to compare and contrast the two sculptures.
