The article provides an in-depth analysis of the level of cultural diversity within the high education. Schools are institutions with people from different walks of life interacting within the same space. The author provides learner-centered practices as the primary mission toward implementing hospitality in the education sector, thus promoting diversification. Besides enhancing the diversity and improving learner performance, the program prepares the learners to handle life challenges ensuring success. The knowledge attained helps in solving future diversification issues within the workplace. The article highlights that the need for learning diversification is promoted by advancements in technology worldwide, promoting globalization.

Besides creating a diverse community, the article highlights the implementation of legally acceptable policies to promote diversity. The article provides an analysis of the possible strategies to eradicate inequalities within the workplace after campus education.

Therefore, the article motivates the reader to support the implementation of inclusivity among university learners by assessing the current situation.

The article provides different missions that promote the promotion inclusivity, including increasing representation of under-represented learners and decreasing gender parity. Worldwide discussions are aimed at promoting effective strategies towards inclusivity at higher education levels. For this article, the authors' main focus is presenting various teaching strategies that promote inclusivity; therefore, an important resource for teachers toward promoting diversity in classroom situations. With the various teaching strategies, implementing inclusivity in classroom situations is not entirely a new concept. The article highlights five strategies to support. The article is highly recommended for teachers towards enhancing inclusivity.

The authors promote the collaboration between all the educational stakeholders in the enduring success of the ILFE initiative. The first chapter provides a background of the initiative and the importance of its implementation to the education system.
