In chapter two we have several short essays that have to do with freedom of speech. In "A First Amendment Junkie", Susan Jacoby is arguing that censorship of pornography is wrong for a number of reasons. In "Let's Put Pornography Back in the Closet", Susan Brownmiller explores what should be considered "unlawfully obscene" and what is perhaps seen as obscene by some, but should be permitted as culturally, scientifically, or artistically valuable. Certainly these are judgement calls. So for this discussion board, let's debate this topic a bit.
