OVERALL COMMENTS
Eduardo,
Thank you for submitting your presentation! As nurses, we understand the importance of staying abreast of best practices and one way to accomplish this is to educate one another. In-services are a way to reach many nurses on multiple shifts. I found your presentation on the improvement plan on reducing med errors by providing continuing education for nurses to be very interesting. Do you see yourself implementing such a plan where you work? What was one major “ah-ha” moment for you when you were creating the presentation?
Keep up the momentum and moving forward – almost there!
If you choose to resubmit your assessment with revisions, please highlight the new/revised content.
Sincerely,
Dr. Vawter
